This training goes beyond structure into precision, observation, and intelligent teaching. With a focus on refinement, sequencing, and individualized guidance, it supports experienced practitioners in evolving their voice as teachers. Rooted in tradition yet open in approach, this course invites a more mature, nuanced experience of yoga.

Meditation

Meditation becomes a central aspect of the training, guiding you beyond technique into direct observation and inner stillness. You will explore breath awareness, body observation, and the nature of thought, learning how to remain present without interference. This deeper practice supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and the ability to hold space, not only for yourself, but also as a teacher guiding others.

Ayurveda

Dive into the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda through this insightful lectures designed to deepen your understanding the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and how your constitution plays a role in your physical health, emotional patterns, and overall sense of balance.

Following the lecture, each participant will receive a personal Ayurveda consultation with the doctor. This one-on-one session offers a deeper look into your individual constitution (prakriti), current imbalances (vikriti). You will also begin to understand which imbalances or ailments you may be more susceptible to based on your prakriti, along with practical ways to care for and restore balance to aggravated doshas through lifestyle, diet, and daily practices.

Yoga Philosophy

Your study of yoga philosophy deepens into a more refined and experiential understanding. Building on all previous teachings, you will explore the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali in detail, along with key insights from the Bhagavad Gita and Vedanta philosophy.

Rather than just studying concepts, the focus shifts toward integrating these teachings into your daily life and practice, allowing them to naturally shape your perspective, awareness, and way of teaching.

Pranayama

Pranayama becomes a more structured and essential part of your practice. You will learn classical breathing techniques along with their purpose, benefits, and safe application.
The training also introduces mudras and bandhas as powerful tools to direct and regulate prana (life force), supporting greater stability, focus, and inner balance. You will begin to understand how to practice and guide these techniques with clarity and awareness.

Shat-Kriyas (Cleansing Techniques)

Shat-kriyas refers to six cleansing techniques designed to purify both the body and mind. Deeply rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition, these practices play a vital role in maintaining harmony between physical and mental health. By removing toxins and clearing blocked energy channels, Shatkarma supports overall balance, vitality, and well-being.
